Description The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University is seeking applicants to fill the position of Assistant Teaching Professor in its non-JD online graduate program; this is a benefits eligible, academic-year (nine month) position. Teaching faculty positions are non-tenure track appointments with a year-to-year contract. The Assistant Teaching Professor will teach up to eight course offerings per academic year (2-4 courses per semester) in an online environment. As needed, the Assistant Teaching Professor may teach courses in-person, as required by program demands and law school administration. Although the primary responsibility of this position is teaching in an online environment, the Assistant Teaching Professor must be located in the Phoenix area and is expected to attend program meetings, events, activities, and collaborate with the Graduate Programs team at the College of Law (located on ASU’s downtown Phoenix campus). The Assistant Teaching Professor may have the opportunity to build and teach new courses, online or in-person.
