Department: Eastern Funding Reports to: In-House General Counsel: Status: Exempt: Grade: 9E: Salary Range: $52,000 - $90,498: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Responsible for assisting the General Counsel and Attorney with all inquiries sent to the Legal Dept. at Eastern Funding and handling all administrative tasks within the Legal Dept. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required) A bachelor’s degree required with at least 1-2 years of paralegal experience in the collection or finance field. Thorough knowledge of finance, banking, contract, replevin, repossession, leasing, real estate, business acquisition laws related to equipment leasing and finance. Ability to multitask, exceptional organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment, and work independently. A proactive professional who exhibits sound judgment and a sense of urgency.
