Location: DALLAS METRO AREA,None,None Who you are: You are passionate about building and equipping volunteer teams to disciple the next generation. You have strong communication skills and connect well with students, volunteers, and parents. Good day, or bad, people feel the love of Jesus when they are around you. You look for opportunities to help others find the way God has wired them and connect them to volunteer opportunities – not because you want something from them, but because you want something for them. You have a deep theological understanding that guides your decision-making. Sharing best practices and working on a team brings you joy. You’re able to confidentially lead midweek and weekend programming. What you'll do: - Oversee and provide opportunities for involvement in high school and middle school ministries: midweek groups, midweek programming, discipleship groups, missions, campus ministries, and special events - Build and develop strong lay leaders and volunteer teams - Provide spiritual guidance and support to high school and middle school students - Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff - Partner with Central Students to...
