THE ROLE 📝: As Head of Business Performance at Form3, reporting to the CFO, you will play a central role in shaping executive governance, operational cadence and driving company-wide performance. You will embed a robust performance and governance framework that connects strategy, financial planning and execution. Operational Cadence & Executive Governance: - Own and evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, delivering concise, insight-led reporting on performance, risks and opportunities. - Lead executive action tracking through E-Team forums, ensuring clear accountability and disciplined follow-through on priorities. - Working with the EAs to establish effective governance of E-Team forums - Strengthen executive decision-making and board reporting cycles, ensuring alignment between board objectives and operational delivery.
