What The Role Is Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Reporting, the Lead Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager in all tax accounting activities. This dynamic role within the tax function will expose the candidate to financial statement reporting, corporate and partnership accounting, tax compliance support, and other projects as necessary. This hybrid role will be based out of our Princeton, NJ office location. If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications but see yourself contributing, we encourage you to submit your resume What You'll Be Doing: - Quarterly and Annual Income Tax accounting/reporting functions: - Assist in the calculation of income tax provision, footnotes, and disclosures using ASC 740. - Manage One Source Tax Provision system for the year-end close process, including administration and software management. - Prepare tax basis balance sheet studies and return to provision analyses. - Work with Internal Audit to provide the required documentation for internal control testing purposes. - Lead State Apportionment calculations to derive the organization’s annual effective tax rate. - Lead gathering and organizing tax accounting information to s...
