Job Description Sr. Manager , HR - Legal & Corporate Affairs ​ ​ ​ You will be responsible for driving efforts in people strategies, talent development, change management and organizational efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping an exceptional employee experience and ensuring operational excellence within our HR function. ​ Essential Functions & Responsibilities: ​ ​ Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. Provide guidance to management on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and talent management. Assess organizational structures on a regular basis to ensure proper resourcing. Proactively lead the movement and development of talent in alignment with staffing needs. ​ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
