Position Overview: As our Wine Steward & Bartender, you’ll have a dynamic role in providing top-notch service to our hotel guests and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Compensation: - Pouring wines and crafting cocktails at our full open bar. - Assisting with prep and service for small dishes, supported by our cooks. - Creating light wine-pairing dishes on weekdays when needed. - Collaborating with our Chef for wine dinners and special events on the property. - Offering digital wine, bar, and cocktail service for a seamless guest experience. - Hourly pay plus service tips from customers. - A percentage of sales conducted in the wine bar.
