ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. On Site daily: Support residents in the (self) administration of medication Documentation of (self) administration of medication Performs TB and Drug screenings on all patients within 72 hours of admissions Performs routine urine drug screens as directed by the treatment/recovery plan Monitors and records vital signs Provides triage and provides medical services accordingly For patients with health care needs, schedules and coordinates all medical appointments, and provides periodic follow-up Reviews and transcribes medication orders, and monitors medication records for compliance; Observes and records response to treatment/medication and notifies the Medical Director, the RN Supervisor, and the Progra...
