Join our Legal team and shape your career on a global stage.: Contract Manager 80-100% Barcelona, Spain Your contribution: As Contract Manager, you will ensure efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations for all Tecan affiliates worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will: - Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of standardized contracts for all Group affiliates worldwide, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements - Provide general legal support as required - Provide training to employees on legal matters - Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders across the globe to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Your background: We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
