Job description

We are seeking an experienced analytics and reporting product developer (5 years) to join our Global Operational Risk Insights & Analytics team at State Street Bank in Gdansk/Krakow . In this role, you will own prototyping, proof of concept development, executive reporting support of risk analytics products and reporting across Non-Financial Risks, including Operational, Technology/Cyber, and Compliance Risks. The ideal candidate combines strong data storytelling, modern technical fluency (SQL, Python, Power BI), and a builder mindset to modernize workflows, scale AI-enabled solutions, effectively and empathetically partner up with stakeholders. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Hybrid pattern is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
