Global Software Controls Director

Milacron is looking for a Global Software Controls Director to join our team in Batavia, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and carrying out execution for this global team. This role is responsible for all engineering domains as well as the Software, Controls & Technology roadmaps. A successful candidate will develop strategies to optimize operations, setting guidelines and control product roadmaps, coordinating managers, and liaising with key business partners. Relocation assistance may be available to those that reside outside of the Greater Cincinnati area. Qualifications: - Leads the Global Development Team for Machine Controls, Auxiliary Integrations, Software and Connectivity Solutions. - Drives production software engineering teams for on time delivery for production orders, KPI’s for measuring efficiency and mentoring to continuously fill pipeline with software engineering talent. - Acquires and retains outstanding talent globally.
