Pay: $25-30/hour Benefits: Full benefits package + PTO + paid mileage Work Environment: Hybrid (office training + field coaching) About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated leader and coach to help develop and support our Lead Generation team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and performance development, helping new hires successfully transition from training into the field while continuing to grow existing team members. If you have a strong sales background and enjoy coaching others, improving performance, and building successful teams, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role without the pressure of direct sales quotas.
