Manufacturing IT Systems Specialist

Job description

Are you interested in working at the intersection of IT, manufacturing, and advanced production technologies? Play a key role in supporting, operating, and continuously improving manufacturing IT systems in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will combine hands-on system administration, application support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient IT/OT solutions for production. You will be responsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems, working closely with production, engineering, QA, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance. Key responsibilities: Act as a Technical System Owner for assigned manufacturing IT systems. Ensure daily operation, maintenance, and application support in a production environment. Continuous improvement of IT/OT services and manufacturing systems. Identify and implement solutions to improve performance, reliability, security, and user satisfaction.
