Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH) is looking for an Aircraft Cabinet Finisher IV in Dallas, TX. Shift: First (05:00 to 15:30); other shifts may be available Pay Rate: $33.81 per hour: Job Type: Full-time, Contract: Contract Duration: 12 months (w/opportunity for extension) Benefits: Experience/Education: - coverage of up to one-half of employee's medical insurance premium for a base plan - eight (8) paid holidays - per diem split (if qualified) - three (3) sets of uniforms (if applicable) - opportunity to become a direct hire after ninety (90) days - High school diploma/GED. - Four (4) years of experience in wood finishing processes. - Advanced knowledge of cabinet finishing processes and products. - Participation in a DOT/FAA drug and alcohol program is required. Purpose: Under general supervision, prepares, applies, and touches up finish on aircraft furniture, aircraft specifications and design/engineering drawings. Assists lead by overseeing projects and providing guidance, assistance and direction to co-workers. Mentors and trains other Cabinet Finishers. - Experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
