Opportunity Overview: The Program Strategy & Execution Director plays a critical role in owning the success of key capabilities within Cohere’s platform. This role acts as the business owner for a solution area, responsible for defining strategic priorities, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable value for health plan clients. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Clinical Programs, Operations, and Customer Experience to bring new capabilities to market and continuously improve their performance. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable platform capabilities. This is a generalist, high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable working with engineers, clinicians, and product leaders and can distill complicated topics for executive consumption. You can operate with ownership over both strategy and execution for a platform capability.
