Job Purpose As a Barback with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact Your main responsibilities are to support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar. This includes ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use. Key Accountabilities: - To create a welcoming environment for members when they approach the bar. - To ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times including; replenishing ice, spirits and mixers, preparing garnishes and restocking glasses. - To polish glassware and ensuring glasses and in the right place. - To clean shakers, stirrers, strainers and other bartending tools and ensuring they are in their correct places. - To retrieve and replenish beverages from storage.
