Job description

INNOVIM LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Subject Matter Expert for inventory management to ensure adequate levels of material are maintained at NOAA's National Logistics Support Center. This includes retrieval of information from the Consolidated Logistics System (CLS), analysis of stock levels in light of CLS recommended procurement actions (e.g., buy sheets), soliciting quote for material procurement, development of acquisition documentation for Credit Card Purchase Orders, and monitoring of material deliveries. Location: Onsite - NOAA in Silver Spring, MD The candidate will: - Develop, monitor, and review engineering and maintenance documentation for the acquisition, testing, and implementation of surface equipment and hydrologic programs. - Work with stakeholders to establish project goals, deliverables. - Develop Project Plans and Identify Risks and Mitigation Strategies. - Facilitate Meetings: Organize and lead project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication. - Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date. - Develops, monitors, and reviews engineering and maintenance documentation for the acquisition, testing, and implementation of surface equipm...
