Responsive recruiter Nino Salvaggio is currently looking for a Baker for our Troy location. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: BENEFITS: If you are interested in this position, please follow the 2 step application process which includes a formal application after some initial questions. - Roll, knead, cut or shape prepared dough to form pie crusts, tarts, cookies or other products. - Place prepared dough, pastries or cake mixes in pans, mold or sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills. - Observe products being baked and adjust oven temperatures, humidity or conveyor speed accordingly. - Check the quality of products to ensure that standards and specifications are met. - Check equipment to ensure it meets safety and health regulations and perform maintenance and cleaning, as necessary. - Order or receive supplies or equipment. - Prepare or maintain inventory or production records. - Operate slicing or wrapping machines. - Apply glazes or toppings to baked goods using spatula or brushes. - Handle any damaged and/or spoiled product according to guidelines and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods. - Comply with safety and sanitation policies and procedures. - Notify...
