Position Hours: 6:30 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. Working at Least Every Other Weekend Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with successful outcomes with an interdisciplinary treatment team and to implement an effective Nursing Care Plan as part of an integrated interdisciplinary Comprehensive Treatment Plan. Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of professional registered nursing to provide care appropriate to adult and geriatric populations, including client care treatments, wound prevention, and falls prevention.
