Requirements: - Leadership & Management: Proven experience as a UX Lead or Design Manager, with a strong track record of building, mentoring, and upskilling high-performing design teams. - Cross-Platform Expertise: Extensive experience designing and managing products across native mobile (iOS/Android), mobile web, and desktop web environments. - Process Engineering: Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes.
