Job Summary: The Program Supervisor assists the Assistant Program Director to ensure program operations are conducted in accordance with the Policies and Procedures and contract requirements. The Program Supervisor provides leadership presence in the program outside of normal business hours and when the Program Director and Assistant Program Director are not on site. The Program Supervisor ensures all shift responsibilities are completed with consistency and quality, provides support and direction to Program Monitors by organizing and delegating tasks and role modeling professionalism and prosocial behavior. Schedule Responsibilities: Shift differential, WEDO On-call rotation, and needs to work on Saturdays. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Assists with training of new staff and provides training, coaching, and support to existing staff. - Effectively delegates daily, weekly, and monthly tasks - Organize and lead a team of Program Monitors each shift so the daily tasks are completed in accordance with the policies and procedures. - Provide effective and strengths-based coaching to Program Monitors and report feedback on their performance to the Assistant Director in a timely ma...
