JOB SUMMARY: Job Profile Summary: Supervises activities related to the company's Supply Chain project buyers which are focused on supporting project teams including sourcing, procurement, negotiation, contracting, expediting and order management activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Supervise, coach and mentor team of Supply Chain professionals to ensure continuous development, accountability, value creation and best in class performance - Oversight team's goals that support the strategic direction of the company - Implement and monitor performance goals and objectives.
