How You Will Make an Impact: The Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical background, the ability to diagnose complex issues, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and ensure that all repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
