Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or a related field. - 6 years of experience in direct product management of developer focused products, tools or technology. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD. - Experience in Trust and Safety, cybersecurity, or content moderation, specifically focused on identifying and mitigating platform abuse. - Experience executing and landing complex, multi-year projects that require coordination across multiple global regions. - Expertise in leveraging AI/ML technologies to solve complex, real-world problems, particularly in automating safety reviews or detection. - Ability to use data-driven insights (e.g., SQL, dashboards) to influence product decisions and measure the effectiveness of safety frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
