Operations Manager General mission: The Operations Manager (ROPS) has a direct impact on the company's bottom line to maximize profitability by supporting both the implementation of on-site projects and the sustainability of the product. The ROPS actively supports the Project Manager (or Site Manager/Intervention Manager) during the day-to-day implementation of operations, in accordance with requirements, to ensure optimal results for the products and services assigned to him/her. Depending on the activities, he or she may also hold the position of Resource Manager and/or rely on one or more Group Managers.
