Title: Program Assistant, Elon in Charlotte Position Type: Temporary: Days Per Week: Monday - Friday Hours Per Week: 40: VP Area: Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs Department: Global Engagement: Location: Elon - Charlotte Campus: Position Summary: This position will report to the director of Elon Charlotte and have weekly check-ins with the faculty coordinators. Responsibilities include serving as the primary on-the-ground contact and support person for students enrolled in Elon Charlotte summer Study USA program and the new Summer Business Institute program. This position will support and attend all enrichment programming. The position will run from mid-May to Sunday, August 2, with the assistant living full-time in Charlotte for the entirety of the program. Evening and weekend work required. This position is required to attend the Elon Charlotte Study USA and SBI orientations in April 2026 on the central campus to meet the summer students and the faculty. The assistant will live at Foster Flats. The assistant will coordinate with the director of Elon Charlotte on the move-in date.
