Regional Director - Northeast Region

Description ALL4 is seeking a Regional Director to oversee offices and growth in the Northeast, including the New England (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT) and the Mid-Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA) regions. The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for leading the offices in their region as their own business unit (BU) consistent with the goals and objectives of the overall corporate entity. The RD develops Business Unit Leaders (BULs), drives regional growth, ensures operational excellence, and demonstrates corporate ownership beyond their direct reporting structure. This individual is committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental, health and safety responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners while working closely with clients in strategic partnerships supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability.
