Senior Structural Engineer | Raleigh, NC IMEG is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer in Raleigh, NC, to lead the delivery of large, highly complex structural projects as a project manager or lead engineer with minimal support from senior staff. In this role, you’ll provide project direction, engineering solutions, and client-focused guidance to support positive outcomes across building and structural projects. You’ll also work within the project’s monetary budget, lead training and mentoring efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities: - Lead design efforts for the analysis of structural systems and develop designs, specifications, and calculations in accordance with code requirements and IMEG standards - Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports - Partner with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information effectively - Provide in-process design reviews of structural system design, calculations, specifications, and project correspondence - Implement IMEG quality control processes to ensure designs and solutions meet IMEG qu...
