This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities: Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity. Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques. Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines. Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
