About the Role JDS Energy & Mining is seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent to support the safe and efficient execution of field construction activities across mining and energy projects. This role works closely with project management, engineering, contractors, and field teams to ensure all CSA-related work is executed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards. The CSA Superintendent plays a critical role in coordinating daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met. This position is responsible for translating construction plans into effective field execution while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational requirements. This is a site-based, fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position working a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2x2) rotation.
