Both children have ADHD, and our eldest is also on the autism spectrum. They are fun-loving, active kids who enjoy snowboarding, games, music, and bouncing on the trampoline. The position involves a structured after-school routine, including household tasks, meal prep, and driving to tutoring sessions. We have a warm and cooperative co-parenting dynamic, with homes just minutes apart. Our ideal nanny will become a stable presence in our boys' lives and engage them with a balance of fun and structure.
