ED Registration Clerk Job Description: ED Registration Clerks responsibilities include registering patients for ancillary departments, admitting inpatients, escorting patients and serving as liaison to physicians, nurses and other department personnel regarding registration/admission while working in a 24/7 high-volume, fluid environment.
