Location: Iasi (Strada Frumoasa nr 2) Work model: On-site Schedule: 08:30 -17:00 / 09:30 – 18:00 (30 min lunch break) Travel availability: nice to have availability to travel internationally Role Overview: We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and support the legal activities of our international group. The role involves providing legal support on corporate and commercial matters, reviewing contractual documentation, and coordinating with external legal partners and public institutions. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize business needs while managing legal risks, and effective communication with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Legal Advisory & Contract Management: Review, analyze, and validate various types of contracts with suppliers and partners within the group Draft legal opinions and provide guidance on contractual and regulatory matters Formulate objections to contractual proposals when necessary and respond to counterparties’ comments Corporate & Regulatory Activities: Manage corporate documentation and statutory modifications for companies within the group Support company incorporation, restructuring, an...
