Purpose of the Position: The Research Scientist VI will perform funded research and provide engineering technical support to the Sustainment Division Tech Loop Branch. Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform funded research, and provide engineering technical support to the Sustainment Division Tech Loop Branch - Analyze and prepare responses to technical inquiries regarding TDPs, engineering drawings and manufacturing issues - Verify and validate TDPs for Army aviation spare and repair parts procurement Minimum Requirements: experience, or a professional equivalent combination of education and years of experience - Master's degree with 102 + months (8.5 + years) of full-time work - 3 years support of the Army Tech Loop process - Technical expertise in SolidWorks, ePDM, LMP, EDIS and ICAPP - US citizenship is required Desired Qualifications: experience, or a professional equivalent combination of education and years of experience preferred - Master's degree with 108 + months (9 + years) of full-time work - 4+ years experience analyzing and validating engineering drawings and TDPs desired - Certification in Engineering and Technical Management preferred Published Salary (if available): $1...
