Overview: Job Title: Senior Project Manager & Site Lead Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret (Top Secret eligible preferred) Location : Fort Shafter Flats, HI (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. ) Description: C3EL is seeking a cleared Senior Project Manager & Site Lead to join our on-site team at Fort Shafter Flats in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for overall contract execution, mission continuity, and the daily direction of enterprise IT operations. The Senior Project Manager will oversee technical and administrative functions supporting a Network Operations and Security Center, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and coordination across the program.
