JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand on a mission to make transformational fitness accessible, community-centered, and scalable. We are establishing the JETSET brand in one of the most dynamic and competitive fitness markets in the country — and we are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to help lead that charge. As a founding member of our team, you will partner directly with the General Manager to launch our first DC studio, build our instructor team, and establish the cultural standard for everything that happens on the studio floor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Community Building & Pre-Opening Execution: Lead and participate in local marketing initiatives including tabling events, community activations, and cross-collaborations with aligned lifestyle, wellness, and fitness brands Build authentic relationships with prospective founding members, local influencers, and corporate partners to drive pipeline and conversion Support the studio's social media presence — creating content and building an audience that amplifies on-the-ground community building efforts Instruction & Floor Leadership: Instruct a high volume of classes per week, maintaining the sa...
