Our internal Legal Department is instrumental in guiding the executive management and various business units through the complexities of commercial, corporate, and civil law. We also provide expert advice on regulatory matters, oversee litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and manage specialized legal projects. Shape the future with confidence. We expect you to integrate swiftly into our team, establish a robust internal network, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments and countries. Your Key Responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of agreements, such as client and supplier contracts, NDAs, consortium agreements, IT agreements, and real estate agreements. - Supporting M&A projects. - Supporting the corporate housekeeping processes. - Offering legal assistance to EY's internal functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, and Risk Management, on both national and international levels.
