RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Environmental Compliance Project Manager completes environmental compliance program activities within a designated region. This role may have oversight in the following areas: fuel quality oversight, licensing and permitting, UST testing programs, and general regional environmental compliance efforts. The Project Manager is accountable for regulatory deadlines, vendor performance, issue resolution, and partnership with Operations, Legal, and Risk Management. What You'll Do: Fuel Quality Direct regional fuel sampling programs and quality investigations. Analyze trends, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Manage vendor relationships and quality service level performance. Licensing & Permitting: Manage all licenses and permits for the region, ensuring timely renewal and regulatory compliance. Resolve complex permitting issues and discrepancies. Maintain accurate regulatory records and reporting. Underground Storage Testing (UST): Oversee UST compliance testing, including tightness tests, line tests, spill/overfill inspections, and other mandated activities.
