Production Supervisor Location: Signal Hill, CA The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production operations of the business location to ensure that cylinder gas needs of both internal and external customers are satisfied. Exempt, salaried positions require a consistent on‑site presence during the company’s core operating hours to support business operations and team needs. Due to the nature of exempt roles, work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule when necessary to meet organizational demands, leadership responsibilities, and business objectives. This may include occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on the role and the needs of the business, manager will confirm shift expectations.
