Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annual Salary Job Description Summary: Supervision of the construction project resulting in successful project completion. Job Description: P OSITION R ESPONSIBILITIES AND D UTIES: - Perform all essential Assistant Superintendent/Project Engineer job responsibilities as needed. - Attend and participate in the company's Safety Training Program and enforce safety procedures on-site to ensure compliance. - Verify subcontractor certificates of insurance and ensure documentation is complete before work begins. - Prepare and maintain responsibility for the CPM project schedule, specifically focusing on self-perform drywall and specialty scopes. - Build and maintain Owner and Architect confidence through professional communication and delivering quality work. - Recruit, organize, train, direct, and coordinate the field construction team, including self-perform drywall crews, millwork teams, and subcontractors. - Assure high work quality by setting and enforcing standards for quality control, particularly for drywall and millwork installations. - Order materials, tools, and equipment for the drywall and millwork scopes, and plan supply allotment...
