Description The Assistant Director over Recruiting and Staffing for Camp Crestridge leads the strategy and execution of summer staff recruitment, working closely with interns, campus contacts, and internal teams to identify and onboard high-quality summer staff. This role includes developing recruiting plans, managing the interview process, and maintaining a strong social media and web presence that reflects Camp Crestridge culture and needs. The ideal candidate has a personal relationship with Jesus and a heart for ministry with children, is relational, organized, and has a strong desire to build a strong team to enable our ministry.
