Job Description General Summary: The Customer Engagement Liaison (CEL) - Central, US Kidney is an extension of the marketing team and responsible for identifying and driving engagement with key nephrology stakeholders, primarily healthcare providers (HCPs) in relation to commercial programming such as speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, and regional insights meetings. The CEL supports current/future indications in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD) and other potential kidney diseases. Vertex CELs work with key nephrology stakeholders in their assigned territory to collect insights and derive knowledge with an overall goal of informing the development and evolution of the marketing and brand strategy. They will drive advocacy of the U.S. Commercial Kidney portfolio with National/Regional key nephrology stakeholders and HCPs and implement cross-functional stakeholder engagement plans across a range of commercial activities as stated above.
