Description Job Title Associate Mental Health Therapist (LACSW, LAMFT, or APC) Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly – Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000 - $90,000 Type: 1099 Independent Contractor: Schedule: Flexible schedule that need some late afternoons and early evenings Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta, GA (Buckhead office) Role Summary: The Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and/or families under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations. Associate Therapist Responsibilities: - Active, unrestricted license as a LACSW, LAMFT, or APC in GA - Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field - Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) - Ability to work under clinical supervision toward full licensure - Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms - Ex...
