Maintenance Worker – Job Description As a Maintenance Worker , you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair duties that support the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community. This role is essential to maintaining the high-quality standards established by ELS. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the property remains clean, well‑maintained, and welcoming for residents, guests, and staff.
