Collaborates with other health care professionals to facilitate the best possible outcome related to their diagnosis. The expectation is to navigate the client through the process beginning with their initial diagnosis, options to manage the side effects of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and to fulfill the client’s desire for normalcy.
