At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview: The Manufacturing Team Leader is the primary contact responsible for the assigned team’s shift safety, uptime, quality, waste, rate, processes, cost performance of the team, and basic technical or routine assistance and/or training, when necessary. This position is responsible for leading and directing the team to perform their assigned job duties, adhere to basic expectations, and rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPs, 5S, and systems. The Manufacturing Team Leader will facilitate resolution of gaps found in these areas and will involve other areas/functions as needed. 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm Responsibilities: · Perform production processes as lead operator. · Provide training to all existing and new shift team members including, but not limited to: standard operating procedures, processing techniques, job duties and responsibilities, equipment, quality procedures including procedures pertaining to measure dimensions and containment of non-conforming materials, and certifications and recertifications. · Ensure...
