Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Assistant Program Manager for Analytics & AI Managed Services to assist in the planning, development, and scaling of global analytics delivery capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of client demand planning, workforce strategy, delivery readiness, and capability development across distributed international teams. The Lead Assistant Program Manager will ensure that the organization can rapidly deploy high-quality analytics talent aligned to client needs , while continuously strengthening delivery capabilities through structured onboarding, skill development, and proactive bench management. This is a strategic program assistant leadership role focused on enabling analytics delivery at scale .
