Senior Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is a critical intersection of technical accounting, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for the integrity of our revenue cycle—from complex Gross-to-Net (GTN) calculations to managing global time-tracking systems and intercompany R&D Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-compliance environment (SOX/SEC) and enjoys "connecting the dots" between third-party logistics data, internal R&D efforts, and final financial statements. Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Financial Reporting: - GTN Management: Calculate Revenue and Gross-to-Net accounting, ensuring all deductions, rebates, and returns are accurately captured. - Month-End Close: Lead reconciliation efforts for Revenue, GTN accounts, Deferred Revenue, and Accounts Receivable to ensure a timely and accurate close. - Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, FASB, and SEC pronouncements to ensure audit-ready financial reporting. - Audit Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for external audit inquiries, providing nec...
