Senior Data to Analytics Specialist (Process Mining)

Job description

The position We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data to Analytics Specialist to support the global Celonis Process Mining initiative at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this role, you will translate business use cases into technical Celonis solutions, design and develop dashboards, analyses, and Celonis Apps, and ensure high quality data models to drive measurable business value. You will work closely with the Celonis Lead, business process owners, and data teams to bring transparency, automation, and process excellence across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and other key processes. Tasks & responsibilities: As a Senior Data to Analytics Specialist , you are responsible for: Process Mining Development & Engineering: - Develop Data Models (Celonis), PQL transformations, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ensure robust analytical foundations. - Build advanced dashboards, KPIs, and analyses for process mining use cases. - Develop and maintain Celonis Process Intelligence Apps (Action Flows, EMS Apps, Automations). - Implement Action Engine signals and automations using PQL, Python and APIs. - Optimize performance of dashboards, data models, and queries.
