Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Resource and Operations Analyst provides comprehensive support in budget, operations, human resources, and project management. This role serves as a central resource for Enrollment Management units, overseeing fiscal operations, coordinating business planning and reporting, and ensuring compliance with university and CSU policies. The incumbent manages complex administrative processes, supports strategic initiatives, and plays a key role in operational planning, resource management, and continuous improvement efforts.
